Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation Policy

Your privacy and satisfaction are our priorities. By accessing our website, registering for our online courses, or participating in our programs, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. General Terms

• These terms apply to all services provided by Loop, including online courses, on-campus programs, and additional activities.

• By enrolling, parents/legal guardians confirm that students meet the age requirement (typically ages 7–18 unless otherwise specified) and agree to adhere to these terms.

• A signed participation agreement, where applicable, supersedes the terms stated here.

2. Payment and Participation

• Full payment is required before participation in any course or program.

• Students are not allowed to participate in sessions unless all dues are fully paid in advance.

• Payments are non-refundable after the program's start, except as outlined in our cancellation policy.

• Payments cannot be transferred between courses, participants, or other individuals.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation by Loop: If Loop cancels a program, you will receive a full refund of the amounts paid to date, minus a non-refundable deposit, which will remain as credit for future programs.

• Cancellation by Participants:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start of the program are eligible for a refund minus a cancellation fee equal to the deposit amount (₪200 per week).

  • No refunds are provided for cancellations within 14 days of the program start.

• There are no refunds, credits, or replacement days for missed sessions.

4. Session Structure and Rescheduling

• Sessions are conducted live and include small groups of 2 or 4 students to foster social interaction, teamwork, and personalized attention.

• Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled. Students are encouraged to attend all sessions as scheduled.

5. Privacy Policy

• Loop is committed to protecting personal data.

  • Data Collection: We collect personal information during registration and through recorded sessions (video, audio, and chat). This data is used for service improvement, compliance, and training purposes.

  • Parental Consent: By registering a student under 18, parents or guardians consent to this data collection and its use as outlined here.

  • Data Protection: All personal data and recordings are securely stored and accessible only to authorized personnel. Recordings are retained for up to 12 months unless legally required for longer.

  • Third-Party Services: Loop uses external platforms (e.g., Zoom, ChatGPT, Airtable) to deliver services. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies.

  • Your Rights: You may request access, updates, or deletion of your data by contacting [your contact email].

6. Equipment and Technical Requirements

• Participants are responsible for maintaining their own equipment (computers, modems, cameras, etc.) and ensuring they meet the technical requirements for sessions.

• Loop is not responsible for equipment malfunctions or issues arising from participants' devices.

7. Code of Conduct

• To ensure a safe and respectful learning environment, all participants agree to:

  • Treat all facilities, equipment, tutors, and peers with respect.

  • Follow all instructions provided by Loop staff or contractors.

  • Avoid the use of inappropriate language, disruptive behavior, or prohibited items (e.g., drones, tobacco, alcohol, or illegal substances).

  • Adhere to all policies regarding safety and behavior both online and in-person.

8. Photo and Media Consent

• By enrolling, parents/legal guardians consent to the use of photos or videos taken during programs for promotional purposes. These materials will be used responsibly and will not violate privacy rights.

9. Coupon and Referral Policy

• Upon booking a Boost program, you will receive a unique referral code to share with friends.

• When a friend registers using your code, you will earn credits toward your next Boost program.

• Credits are non-transferable and can only be applied to future Boost services.

10. COVID-19 Safety

• Loop complies with all local, state, and federal COVID-19 health guidelines. Participants will be notified of specific requirements for their location in advance.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Loop and its staff are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during participation in programs, including online activities, unless caused by gross negligence.

12. Updates to Terms

• Loop reserves the right to update these terms and policies. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants and will take effect immediately upon notification.

תנאי שימוש, מדיניות פרטיות ומדיניות ביטולים

הפרטיות ושביעות הרצון שלכם הן בראש סדר העדיפויות שלנו. על ידי גישה לאתר האינטרנט שלנו, הרשמה לקורסים המקוונים שלנו או השתתפות בתוכניות שלנו, אתם מסכימים לתנאים ולמדיניות המפורטים להלן.

1. תנאים כלליים

• תנאים אלו חלים על כל השירותים הניתנים על ידי Loop, כולל קורסים מקוונים, תוכניות בקמפוס ופעילויות נוספות.

• על ידי הרשמה, ההורים/אפוטרופוסים מאשרים שהתלמידים עומדים בדרישות הגיל (בדרך כלל בגילאי 7–18, אלא אם צוין אחרת) ומסכימים לעמוד בתנאים אלה.

2. תשלום והשתתפות

• השתתפות בכל קורס או תוכנית מותנית בתשלום מלא מראש.

• תלמידים לא יורשו להשתתף בשיעורים אלא אם כל החובות שולמו במלואם מראש.

• תשלומים אינם ניתנים להחזרה לאחר תחילת התוכנית, למעט כפי שמצוין במדיניות הביטולים שלנו.

• תשלומים אינם ניתנים להעברה בין קורסים, משתתפים או אנשים אחרים.

3. ביטולים והחזרים כספיים

• ביטול על ידי Loop: במידה ו-Loop מבטלת תוכנית, יינתן החזר מלא של הסכומים ששולמו עד כה, למעט מקדמה שאינה ניתנת להחזר, שתישמר כזיכוי לתוכניות עתידיות.

• ביטול על ידי משתתפים:

  • ביטולים שנעשו יותר מ-14 ימים לפני תחילת התוכנית זכאים להחזר, פחות דמי ביטול השווים לסכום המקדמה (₪200 לשבוע).

  • לא יינתנו החזרים על ביטולים שנעשו בתוך 14 ימים מתחילת התוכנית.

  • לא יינתנו החזרים, זיכויים או ימי השלמה לשיעורים שהוחמצו.

4. מבנה השיעורים ומדיניות תזמון מחדש

• השיעורים מתבצעים בשידור חי בקבוצות קטנות של 2 או 4 תלמידים, כדי לעודד אינטראקציה חברתית, עבודת צוות ותשומת לב אישית.

• שיעורים שהוחמצו אינם ניתנים לתזמון מחדש. תלמידים מתבקשים להקפיד להגיע לכל השיעורים לפי התכנון.

5. מדיניות פרטיות

• Loop מחויבת להגן על נתונים אישיים.

  • איסוף נתונים: אנו אוספים מידע אישי במהלך ההרשמה ובאמצעות הקלטות של שיעורים (וידאו, אודיו וצ'אט). מידע זה משמש לשיפור השירותים, לצורך עמידה בתקנות ולמטרות הדרכה.

  • אישור הורי: בהרשמת תלמיד מתחת לגיל 18, ההורים או האפוטרופוסים מסכימים לאיסוף נתונים זה ולשימוש בהם כפי שמתואר כאן.

  • הגנת נתונים: כל המידע האישי וההקלטות נשמרים בצורה מאובטחת ונגישים רק לצוות מורשה. ההקלטות נשמרות עד 12 חודשים, אלא אם נדרש אחרת לפי חוק.

  • שירותי צד שלישי: Loop עושה שימוש בפלטפורמות חיצוניות (למשל Zoom, ChatGPT, Airtable) לצורך מתן השירותים. אנו ממליצים לעיין במדיניות הפרטיות שלהם.

  • זכויותיכם: ניתן לבקש גישה, עדכון או מחיקה של הנתונים על ידי יצירת קשר בכתובת [כתובת דוא"ל ליצירת קשר].

6. דרישות טכניות וציוד

• המשתתפים אחראים לתחזוקת הציוד האישי שלהם (מחשבים, מודמים, מצלמות וכו') ולוודא שהם עומדים בדרישות הטכניות לשיעורים.

• Loop אינה אחראית לתקלות בציוד או לבעיות הנובעות מהמכשירים של המשתתפים.

7. כללי התנהגות

• כדי להבטיח סביבה לימודית בטוחה ומכבדת, כל המשתתפים מסכימים:

  • להתייחס בכבוד לכל המתקנים, הציוד, המורים וחבריהם לקבוצה.

  • לעקוב אחר כל ההוראות הניתנות על ידי צוות Loop או ספקי השירותים.

  • להימנע משימוש בשפה לא הולמת, התנהגות מפריעה או חפצים אסורים (כגון רחפנים, טבק, אלכוהול, או חומרים אסורים).

  • לעמוד בכל הכללים הנוגעים לבטיחות והתנהגות הן באינטרנט והן בפעילויות פרונטליות.

8. הסכמה לשימוש בתמונות ומדיה

• בהרשמה, ההורים/אפוטרופוסים מסכימים לשימוש בתמונות או סרטונים שצולמו במהלך התוכניות לצרכי פרסום. חומרים אלו ישמשו באחריות ולא יפרו זכויות פרטיות.

9. קופונים ומדיניות הפניה

• לאחר הרשמה לתוכנית Boost, יינתן קוד הפניה ייחודי לשיתוף עם חברים.

• כאשר חבר נרשם באמצעות הקוד שלך, תצברו זיכויים לתוכנית הבאה שלכם.

• זיכויים אינם ניתנים להעברה וניתן להשתמש בהם רק בשירותי Boost עתידיים.

10. בטיחות COVID-19

• Loop עומדת בכל ההנחיות המקומיות, הארציות והפדרליות הקשורות לבטיחות ובריאות. המשתתפים יקבלו הודעה מראש על דרישות ספציפיות באזורם.

11. הגבלת אחריות

• Loop וצוותה אינם נושאים באחריות לכל פציעה, אובדן או נזק לרכוש במהלך השתתפות בתוכניות, כולל פעילויות מקוונות, אלא אם נגרמו ברשלנות חמורה.

12. עדכונים לתנאים

• Loop שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לעדכן את תנאים ומדיניות אלו. שינויים יועברו למשתתפים הרשומים וייכנסו לתוקף מיד עם העדכון.
