Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation Policy

At Loop, your privacy is our priority. We are committed to protecting your privacy across our website, http://www.loop.org.il, and all other sites we own and operate.

We only collect personal information when necessary to provide a service to you, and we do so in a fair and lawful manner, with your explicit knowledge and consent. We clearly state the reasons for collecting such information and how we plan to use it.

The information we collect is retained only for the duration necessary to provide you with the requested service. We ensure that the stored data is protected using commercially acceptable means to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification, and to safeguard it against loss and theft.

We do not share personally identifying information publicly or with third parties, except when compelled to do so by law.

Our website may contain links to external sites not operated by us. Please note that we do not control the content or practices of these sites and cannot be held responsible for their respective privacy policies.

You have the right to refuse our request for your personal information, understanding that it might prevent us from providing you with certain services.

While participating in our services and online courses, please note that Loop does not bear responsibility for the condition of your equipment, such as computers, modems, and speakers. You are solely responsible for maintaining your personal equipment and performing necessary technical checks.

Photo Consent

In the course of our activities and events, photos may be taken for documentation and promotional purposes. By agreeing to our terms, you consent to the use of these photos, which may include participants, in our online and offline communications. We assure you that these images will not be used in a manner that violates privacy or any other rights.​

COVID-19 NOTICE

Loop will meet or exceed all local, state, and federal health and safety requirements.  We will notify you as soon as practicable of the requirements for your location. 

​

Cancellations

• Outside 14 days of the start of the program, changes (other than cancellations) can be made without change fees. Changes of date, location, or division made within 14 days of the start of the program will incur a change fee in the amount of the non-refundable deposit. You are responsible for any increases in charges based on any changes you make.

• Outside 14 days of the start of the program, you may cancel a course and receive a refund of amounts paid to date less any non-refundable payment plan fees and a cancellation fee equal to the deposit amount for each Program ($200 per week).

• On-Campus Programs cannot be canceled within 14 days of the program start date.  

• If Loop cancels a Program for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the amounts paid to date less the non-refundable deposit for each Program, which will be placed as a credit in our system.

• There are no refunds, credits, or replacement days for classes not attended.

Additional Code of Conduct Requirements

To maintain a safe and fun environment, students and parents of students participating in our Programs agree to adhere to these additional Code of Conduct requirements:

1. Treat all facilities, equipment, and people with respect

2. Not possess or use drones, weapons, tobacco, marijuana, alcohol, or any illegal substances at any Loop locations

3. Follow all rules and directives given by Loop and campus personnel

4. Be responsible for room equipment and other campus items

תנאי שימוש

• בכל מקום בו ההורה חתם על הסכם השתתפות ייעודי לאותה שנת לימוד, כוח ההסכם החתום גובר על הרשום מטה. 

• הסדרת התשלום המלא הינה תנאי להשתתפות בפעילויות. תלמידים לא יוכלו להשתתף מבלי להסדיר את מלוא התשלום טרם השתתפותם. 

• ההורה מתחייב לשלם באופן מלא עבור כל מסגרת ו\או חוג בה ישתתף\תשתתף\השתתף התלמיד. לא ניתן להחזיר את הסכום ששולם או לפטור מתשלום חוב, באופן חלקי ו\או מלא מכל סיבה שהיא, לאחר תחילת הקורס, ו\או להעביר ו\או לקזז את הסכום ששולם\שישולם ממסגרת אחת לשנייה על שם התלמיד\ה ו\או למחות אותה לאדם אחר. 

• על התלמיד\ה להתנהג בצורה הולמת, לשמור על הסדר, המשמעת ולהישמע להוראות הצוות והגורמים המוסמכים ב-Loop.

• התלמיד\ה והוריו יישאו באחריות המלאה עבור נזק שיגרם ע"י התלמיד\ה לתשתיות לרבות רכוש, ציוד ו/או לכל אדם אחר ויחויבו בתשלום מלוא הנזק, למעט מקרים בהם הנזק נובע מהתנהגות ו/או שימוש סביר. אין Loop ו\או מי מטעמה אחראים לכל נזק ו\או אובדן לציוד ו\או לרכוש של מי מהתלמידים או להוריהם.

• בהרשמה לפעילויות, ההורה מסכים לקבלת דברי פרסום ושיווק ויצירת קשר ישיר עמו ו\או עם התלמיד\ה, בין היתר - מסרים אלקטרונים (בהתאם לחוק חתימה אלקטרונית), עדכונים על פעילויות Loop, באמצעות, בין היתר - הודעה אלקטרונית, Whatsapp, Discord ו- SMS.  באפשרות ההורה להודיע ל- Loop בכל עת סבירה על סירובו לקבל דבר פרסומת מכל סוג.

• ההורה מאשר\ת שהצטרפות התלמיד\ה לכל פעילות שהינה אונליין (הן ב-Discord ו\או באתרי Loop) תהיה על אחריות ההורה באופן בלעדי ומתוך רצון חופשי להשתתפות באותן פעילויות אונליין.

• ההורה מאשר\ת לתלמיד להשתתף בפעילויות וטיולים שהם מחוץ למסגרת שטח המשרדים ו\או הכיתות. עם זאת, יציאה משטח המשרדים ו\או הכיתה על דעת התלמיד\ה וללא אישור Loop, כשלא במסגרת החוג, כמו בזמן ההפסקות, ולא במהלך שעות הקורסים, הן באחריות ההורה באופן מלא.
