Sessions missed are non-refundable. 8. Can I choose the group size? Yes! You can choose between a 2-student group or a 4-student group when booking a session. 9. What technology is needed for Boost sessions? Students need a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and access to tools like Zoom or Google Meet. 10. How do I sign up? Simply fill out the registration form on our website, select your child’s preferences (group size, subject, and time), and complete the payment. 11. How does the coupon code work? Once you book a Boost and pay, you will receive your own unique coupon code, which you can share with friends. If they book a Boost and use your referral code, you will earn ₪50 credit for each friend towards your next Boost! 12. What is your refund policy? We cannot refund sessions that have already started. However, we comply with local laws for cancellations made in advance. 13. What is the spoken language during sessions? Our tutors are native speakers and can conduct sessions in Arabic, English, and Hebrew to ensure the best learning experience for your child.
